I returned to my native W.Va. after 40 years of living in New Jersey with my family of three children. During those years, earned a degree in Journalism and English, with departmental distinction from Rutgers University - Livingston College. Following those years, I was General Manager of several apartment complexes (about 2,800 apartments) for over a period of 11 years.
My writings included a a full length novel of fiction, entitled PRISMS, completed in the 1970's, several children's plays, published several poetic pieces, and conducted writing workshops. In the 1970's and again in the 1990's, I was a freelance feature writer for several newspapers, which included the News Tribune of Woodbridge, NJ, 'WEEKEND' Section and in the 1990's, the Princeton Packet in Princeton, NJ. Other features articles included Magic Magazine and a few periodicals in NJ and NY.
I loved doing public relations work and was affiliated with art galeries, artists and musicians in NJ and NY. These places and people introduced me to an interesting, expansive, energtic, stimulating, and creative world of arts and artists.
Through the 1980s, I discovered and expanded 'Shadowart' http://Shadowart.net/. During the 1990's I had several ShadowArt exhibits in NJ and WV.
In 1999-2000, artist, Roy Steinberg of New Jersey, and I, while I was still living in NJ, co-hosted a radio show called, 'Festival' on WPBR 1340 AM, in West Palm Beach, Florida. We hosted these broadcasts into WPBR from our places NJ and W. Va., and several times from Tampa, Florida.
Beginning in 2006 Roy and I hosted, 'Festival of the Arts' which aired on 1450 WCTC AM in New Jersey. Because I lived in Charleston, WV at that time, I conducted shows from AdMix Broadcast in Charleston and we relayed the broadcast live into WCTC with Roy in the NJ studio. In 2007 and 2008, I took over Hosting the show along with Co-Host, Kathy Glasser in NJ. wwwww.festivalofthearts.50megs.com
Other interests include my fascination with energy. In 1972, I became a graduate of the Silva Mind Method and in 1998, after going through the major levels, I became a Reiki Master. Other disciplines and certifications include Kolamini and the Emotional Freedom Technique.

My brother, Gary and I share a house built by our Granddad and a home that our Grandmother made loveable and liveable. We enjoy our three cats and enjoy visits from our family members who live in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Florida; three adult children, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
